Xcel Domain Name Purchase Process
The buyer and seller agree on the terms of the sale, including the domain name and price. Xcel will then initiate the transaction through our account on Escrow.com. All parties involved in the transaction will then receive an email outlining the transaction details and be instructed to login and accept the transaction.
The buyer will then be instructed to pay Escrow.com the agreed-upon amount. Once payment has been received and verified by Escrow.com an email will be sent to all parties confirming receipt of the buyers funds.
The seller will then be instructed to transfer the domain name to the buyer, typically by unlocking the domain and providing the authorization code to the buyer.
The buyer will then confirm they have received the transfer of the domain at their registrar.
Escrow.com will then release the proceeds of the sale to the Broker and Domain Seller. The transaction will then be marked as completed.
